Bonnie Blickle – Principal Designer

As a designer for over 30 years, Bonnie’s range of expertise has afforded her the ability to work on projects of every style and magnitude. While designing for the California State Capitol, she traveled to New York’s famous House of Scalamandre to study and oversee registered Historical fabrics being used on the project. Her earlier travels also took her to Taos, New Mexico where she learned first-hand how to build beautiful adobe structures in the desert. Also, while visiting Frank Lloyd Wright’s Taliesin West and Oaks Park projects, she developed a passion for organic architecture and homes in harmony with nature. Her travels abroad to France, England, Austria, Germany, Ireland, Sweden, Denmark and Russia, afford an additional view of global design.

She has designed a fully remodeled pied-a-terre on famed Russian Hill in San Francisco, complete with panoramic views of the Bay Bridge, Knob Hill, City Skyline and Marin, all with bespoke furnishings. While living in Tahoe for many summers, Bonnie utilized her love of the area to create mountain resort homes for her clients at Squaw Valley, Incline Village and West Shore, Lake Tahoe. She also worked on a project on Marco Island, Florida, showcasing another love – the seaside. Her more current projects are new home construction in California – working with architects and developers to provide perfect “fit” custom homes showcasing the latest in design and technology. The style that inspires and delights her moves toward modern clean lines and lux farmhouse modern.

All of Bonnie’s projects showcase originality in design and dramatically increase the value and aesthetic of each home. Her main hope and goal will always be to help each client achieve the dream home that showcases their lifestyle.
